Disconnecting a template provider integration — like a design partner — removes the connection between Check Cherry and that provider. But it does not automatically remove any design collections you have already imported. Here is what to expect and how to clean things up if needed.
How to disconnect a template provider
Manage → Business Settings → IntegrationsOpen Integrations
Go to Integrations.
Find the integration you want to remove and click Configure.
In the lower right of the configuration screen, click the Disconnect link.

Your design collections are not removed automatically
Disconnecting the integration leaves your existing design collections in place. Any bookings that already have a design selected will keep that selection. If you want to stop offering those designs on future bookings, you will need to delete the collection manually.
How to delete a design collection
Go to Manage → Design Collections.
Click the down arrow next to the View Templates button on the collection you want to remove.
Select Delete Collection.
A confirmation window will appear. By default, the option to remove the collection from existing bookings is checked — leave it checked if you want it removed from bookings where no template has been chosen yet.

Bookings with a chosen design keep it. If a client has already selected a design from the collection, that choice is preserved even if the artwork has not been finalized yet. Deleting the collection only removes it from bookings where no template has been selected.
