How do I import leads into Check Cherry?

Check Cherry doesn't offer a bulk lead import feature, and this is intentional. Because Check Cherry sends a lot of automated emails on your behalf — proposals, contracts, payment reminders, confirmations — mass-importing contacts and emailing them in bulk would put your account's deliverability at risk. To keep your emails landing in inboxes, we follow a strict Email Sending Policy.

The better approach: collect leads organically

Rather than importing a list of old contacts, the most reliable way to build your pipeline in Check Cherry is to bring in leads as they come in. You can embed a lead form on your website, share a direct link, or add leads manually as inquiries arrive. This keeps your contact list clean and your email reputation healthy.

To add a lead manually, click Create New in the top nav and select Lead. If you're migrating from another platform, focus on active prospects first — leads that are already cold probably don't need to come over.
