Can I save and schedule reports?

If you run the same report every week or email numbers to your bookkeeper at the end of each month, saved reports save you the hassle of re-configuring filters every time. Set it up once, give it a name, and optionally schedule it to send automatically on whatever cadence you need.

Saving and scheduling a report

Most reports in Check Cherry support saved settings and scheduled delivery. Once you have your filters dialed in, save them so you can come back to the same view instantly — or have it emailed to you (or your bookkeeper) on a recurring schedule.

Open any report and configure the filters — including the date range — the way you want them.
Click the "Save as New Report" button
Give the report a name and an optional description so you can find it later.
To schedule automatic delivery, choose a frequency: daily, weekly, or monthly.
Enter the email address or addresses to receive the report. Separate multiple addresses with commas.
If your account has multiple brands, you can select which brand to send from — this controls the logo and sender email address.
Save your settings.

Date filter options

When you schedule a report with a relative date filter like Last Month, the date range updates automatically each time the report runs. This makes relative filters much more useful than fixed custom dates for recurring scheduled reports.
